It's been left unfinished in my binder for many many months... I finished it today... T_T'''
This is Arashi, the main villain in Jester (which is an old series of mine that I desperately want to revive).
I gave up trying to figure out what gender he had become... since I made him look so feminine... Either way... I still call him a "he," though...

But that doesn't really matter now.

I actually really hate how this picture ended up... I wish I had done better...
